Prize Bingo's Review Of ITV BingoITV have flirted with online bingo on and off in recent years. They've had Emmerdale Bingo, Coronation Street Bingo and ITV Bingo plus their ill fated and frankly quite awful Bingo Night Live. Surprisingly, following their dumping of these thing and the vast amount of bingo advertising they carry, they're back once again with ITV Bingo.
Using the well established Globalcom software, ITV Bingo are hoping to attract players quickly with the use of a £10 free no deposit bonus. They hope that their Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Dancing on Ice and I'm a Celebrity Rooms will appeal to viewers, who can also catch up on their favourite programs, whilst playing online bingo, with the built in ITV i-Player feature.
The games are the usual blend of 90 ball and 75 ball bingo combined with chat and pay to play side games. There's a £1000 guaranteed jackpot every night plus a £100 game every evening. You can also win on 1TG and 2TG games, Speed Bingo and of course the progressive jackpots.
The site looks good, much better than it's previous incarnation. However, it seems slightly ironic that one of ITV's top soaps is sponsored by Tombola and their top show, Britain's Got Talent, chose Mecca Bingo for an exclusivity deal. To compund confusion, TV bingo is about to return to our screens in association with Netplay, the people who own Bingos.
Still, this version of ITV Bingo should prove to be a better foundation. We'd like to see some exclusive prizes on offer - for example a pint in The Rovers, VIP tickets for Dancing on Ice or perhaps even a walk on part in Emmerdale.
We Like: £10 free no deposit bingo!
We Don't Like: No exclusive prizes from Corrie, Emmerdale etc.
